So I usually suggest planning your workout a night before and setting out your workout clothes, so that you have no excuse, when it’s time for some workout.


So, The important thing while creating a habit of exercise is to do something you love to do, because you will not be able to stick to a plan of exercise, if you are doing something you don’t enjoy. So figure out what you like. For example: you like long walks, quick jogs, or running or take some classes and many more. Do what works for you.

There is no better time to begin your beautiful, healthy and active lifestyle, than now. If you did this every week by the end of a single year you would have completely transformed your diet  It's about time you got down to change your life style
