It reliefs stress and produce fell good hormones in our body and even with getting a good night sleep. So I usually suggest planning your workout a night before and setting out your workout clothes, so that you have no excuse, when it’s time for some workout.
So, The important thing while creating a habit of exercise is to do something you love to do, because you will not be able to stick to a plan of exercise, if you are doing something you don’t enjoy. So figure out what you like. For example: you like long walks, quick jogs, or running or take some classes and many more. Do what works for you.
